The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. The deal: one night of freedom, no strings attached, no questions asked. Could a freebie be the cure for their ailing sex life? And will they go through with it? 可以把餐厅服务员满腹的烦躁化为直抒胸臆的宣泄，可以创作富有前瞻性的音乐剧讽刺未来人的情感麻木，可以在一地鸡毛的现实里永不言弃地追逐梦想，这就叫大艺术家吧。
米兰达也许会拍一部只在舞台上演出的音乐剧，但他并不会拍电影，影像不是音乐、独白、台词的补充，MV都不至于如此。更别提那些政治正确的符号，实在差劲。还是看看斯皮尔伯格的《西区故事》会拍成什么样吧。
加菲的演技有点尬住，但是他太真诚了，那双眼睛流起泪来很难不勾得人跟他一起心碎。音乐好喜欢啊。

4.5 Sunday里的致敬太让人激动了…一本充满了强烈情感色彩的传记。
永远可以相信加菲的选片 至今的作品得分就已经足够惊艳了
其实整部电影都在讲，为什么是他，也只能是他写出Rent。
最好玩的是那段去广告公司做研究小组赚外快。-I don’t understand how u can take any of this seriously. -because they pay me. -money isn’t everything. -Well it doesn’t hurt. -are u sure about that?
片子和演员都没什么问题，关键看观众能不能投入感情，可惜观看过程中我的感情无处投放，可能音乐剧粉丝感触会更深吧。
7.3 倒是看出了一些黑暗中的舞者式的设计，但初执导筒的林聚聚显然是不具备冯提尔那样的影像嗅觉，剪辑很多时刻是反而是破功的，摄影机的运动也因此被破坏；它依靠的更多是对于乔纳森拉森，以至于音乐剧本身的真情流露，伪纪录片与内心的剧场穿插共奏，从而谱写出不平凡的人生乐章，《梅艳芳》至少也应该这么拍吧。
形式大于内容，表达方式大于故事本身。中规中矩。

终于看到一部94届奥斯卡不垮的了。凡妮莎·哈金斯唱的一首歌还是不错的。

将歌舞成功嵌进了情节里，而不仅仅是停留在了简单的插入，人物情绪的展现更是非常丰满，充分把舞台的效果发挥出来，加菲的表演抓住了人物对梦想的坚持和对舞台的奉献，情绪的表达很到位，唱功也真的好。（8/10）
【3.0】观影最大的障碍在于，这个传记片主人公的心路历程和生平事迹于我而言毫无吸引力，所以LMM给再多花哨的歌舞剧表演形式也是白费力气。
和醉乡民谣、爱乐之城相比，这部可能缺少些沉淀和让我感动激动的东西，歌词过于接地气，好听的歌曲不是太多，故事有点单薄。
