The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. 央视频4K修复的彩色电影，非常喜欢，一个是对修复工作者表达敬意，另外是感受到了爷爷奶奶那个时代对党忠诚的精神，跨越时代的体验。

从今天的角度看表演过于话剧化以及人物设计突出政治化而过于单薄，但剧情设计放在当时的时代背景下还是有些意思，电影名称还颇有革命浪漫主义情怀…
