The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. 9.11二十周年之际看这部展现人类闪光时刻格外暖心，纽芬兰的许多都是人们理想的状态，种族宗教性取向都不再是问题，仿佛不存在少数和多数的概念，小镇的人为在黑暗中的人带来了光，尤其是知道了是真实发生的事件后，更为感动，在这世间还是有美好的人和事存在的，最糟糕的时刻总是最能展现人性，想去世界尽头的甘德看一看。

可以说是 more than perfect
整片励志感人。虽是舞台表演。但故事讲述非常清楚。可以想象很多画面。
被女主的solo吸引着看了，然后发现讲的完全是不一样的事，是关于911发生后数架飞机紧急降落在纽芬兰岛上的故事。笑话尴尬，歌曲没有记忆点，总之好无聊。
更加真实
很不错，音乐剧总是从始至终调动气氛，维持着舞台的充盈。
它没有明讲"9.11"——但所有观众都很容易猜出这个背景。然后从一个不被大众熟知的视角——38架飞机迫降的小镇去讲这件无人不知的历史大事。
天空比北极更为黑暗
最感动的，是艺术家们沉醉于艺术之中，投入而纯粹的样子
舞台与影像的结合实属惊艳，舞台戏剧本身的魅力也充分表现，同一演员、同一空间表现出了多样的形式，在疫情后的第一场百老汇演出确实惊艳。但戏剧内容实在平庸，讲来讲去不过是娱乐至死至上的美国价值说教，戏剧演员的格式化表演也无法承受镜头的张力……网上看到一半自觉无聊便退场。
