剧情介绍

The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. Darren and Annie still enjoy each other’s company and laugh at each other’s jokes, but, unfortunately, they can’t remember the last time they had sex. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up.     3.2 不痛不痒，在各人物内心浅挠一下，但还好仍存有一点对二十年代电影的激情，并且这种迷影精神也是关注欧洲的（提到冈斯的《拿破仑》，追求实景拍摄的老派精神），对激进的好莱坞保持警醒。总之就是英女王家历史与现代那点破事儿：现代君主制的忧虑、与欧陆的关系，以及一战后当英国不再世界领先时也得向资本和以美国为中心的产业妥协（刚进入有声电影时期的电影业），时代大流不可挡。还有本世纪英国人已经多次庄严地设想了女王的离去，脱欧之际新冠之后（那句类似于“病毒不挑阶级”的台词）这种焦虑更重了，他们对执掌英国的管家也有更多的忧虑了。
