The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. 本来是挺冰冷的战争机器上的齿轮，却被感情戏的丝线绞住。本就有夸张成分在，经这么一弄，更加温吞。对战争片或者历史片的固有期待，被缺少起伏的故事打碎。
电影很平庸，借此了解了一段历史，感情戏没有必要，但很喜欢科叔。

把一个知道结局的故事拍的有悬念原来不难，难的是怎么去找战争片里的文戏的美。

同样的时代背景下，同样是战争中的文戏，比<至暗时刻>差了不止一个档次。比较亮眼的是演员的表现，几个主演都出色的完成了任务。但是一部片子的优秀与否不是演员能决定的，整部片看下来平庸两个字都要浮在屏幕上了，Not Intense at All，更不要说这种有严肃主线的剧情片里非要加上一段感情纠葛，而且占用的篇幅还非常之大。不管这段感情是否真有其事，它都不应该在此片中成为重点着墨的片段，过于浪漫化隐蔽行动的后果就是让观众完全紧张不起来，导致最后看到宣读行动成功的电报时情绪根本没有堆叠，一脸问号的看着他们瞎激动。
后面跳着看的……感觉没什么内容，即使跳着看也完全不影响后面的内容……
我觉得挺有意思，大美女再牺牲一点就有意思了
