The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. MTV出品的mv电影，男TS的脸还是能打，本色出演的同时，又是一部发生在夏天的男同故事：August slipped away into a moment in time~
故事就很随便啦，以戳爷为首的一众年轻演员的演技也十分糟糕，艾伦伯斯汀的表演轻轻松松吊打他们。当然这种电影本就是奔着消遣去的，有帅哥就行了。
这是一部集合友情，爱情的夏日故事。电影本身略显无聊，节奏少有拖沓。
