眾演員演技在線，只是劇本重要設定有硬傷，令全片由頭到尾都欠缺說服力。而當前者愈做得好，就愈顯得後者反映的落差。本片的主旨、立意是善良的，但劇本不嚴謹就是不嚴謹，煞是可惜。
似曾相识的赎罪剧情，换成大女主来演。关于社会对有前科者的包容度的探讨，此外也没什么了。桑德拉布洛克的演技值得一项提名。
