The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. 太适合周末的晚上看的美式小清新（如果白天看多少有点浪费时间）
不过戳爷好适合这种毒舌甜心设定，易碎感和少年的性感都稳稳拿捏，演技也在线，整体就是赏心悦目。

三星。非常轻松的方式讲述了一个确认艾滋阴性的过程。其中还有一段小小的爱情，青春就该这样。而跨文化的元素又为该片增加了一层趣味。
2.8 Fine，青少年友情、亲情救赎与自我内心探索，一切讨喜的环境元素和小镇风情加持，不算浓烈的甜水片，遗憾的是这“说C不C”的CP…就…有感觉但怪怪的，冲突也显得俗套潦草，甜水一度变怪味饮料。
夏天和潮起潮落的海、单车和漂亮男孩，青春又幼稚的简单故事，好听的BGM和油画般的背景板，关于HIV关于亲情友情爱情，但都只是泛泛而谈
