理想条件下描写的法律不能让人忘记现实中的法律是什么样子
老戏骨飙戏，很有看头，就是故事陈旧了些，为了最后的反转，多加一颗星吧。
怕死的反面，又会变得更勇敢和更有担当。因为想做一个更好的人，创造一个更好的世界给他们。
电影的深意很足。是我最近看的电影第一部没快进的，也好不容易了
一、搅屎棍英国的律师都不戴假髮了，这些外貌是中国人的法律职业人员还戴着可笑的东西。

-整体不错 但是故事经不起推敲
一群老戏骨，可惜故事不行啊，法庭戏太草率了。
剧情本身的悬疑色彩较弱，对于如今的观众来说，30分钟内猜到凶手毫无难度。但是本片当然也不会是将重点放在这里，而是从无数庭辩剧就一直讨论的话题，“法律到底是不是在维护正义？”律师是要维护公平和正义，还是要为当事人争取最大权益？”这个话题我早已有答案，也许每个人都有答案。
无功无过。司法公正正是目前香港社会所需要的。

想通过加厚主角的背景故事和正能量的法律理念来丰富整个故事 但实际上依然摆拍和形式主义严重 案件的推理和审理像小儿科一样 人物的塑造也极为平面单一化 更别提整个推理过程极为勉强且毫无逻辑 可惜了智叔的最后一句银幕作品
编剧撑不起来的一部电影，硬是让演员给撑起来了。当看到最后游艇上智叔和曾江对飙戏的那一段的时候，忽然想到斯人均已逝，忍不住的有点感伤。香港真的不缺好演员，只是现在还找得到好的故事么？还等得到么？

还好呀，故事虽然套路，但政治正确，音乐演员都挺好的。方中信还是那么帅，一颗星给他，一颗星给廖启智。
人物还是太过脸谱，剧情跟中心思想刚好跑偏~用假物证诱导，最后又说公平正义、人人平等什么的…好吧，电影嘛，皆大欢喜就好。
现在的港片又到了需要强心剂的年代，后劲愈发不足了。这不仅仅是编剧的事情，更是包括剪辑在内一众团队都需要思考的问题。

正义的学费很贵嘛，代价是一张空头支票，随便填。推翻了爱民党，下一个是爱什么党呢？
电影不应该拍的像TVB电视剧。情节是完整的，以前现在未来同样有逻辑联系。男主明显是古美门式的律师，正义但又不死板。问题在于本片看完，最大的感受是“正义要通过有钱才能打破”，并且所有的重大问题都是靠死者爸爸翻盘，这就丧失了一级指控的“指控”的重量表现内涵了——特别是找检控的时候，竟然只是花钱买问题？我还以为要体现检控辩护共锤真正的犯罪者的桥段。整体表现远远不如多年前的《全民目击》。甚至我短评有一点剧透，我都觉得无伤大雅。
