剧情介绍

The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. Darren and Annie still enjoy each other’s company and laugh at each other’s jokes, but, unfortunately, they can’t remember the last time they had sex. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. The deal: one night of freedom, no strings attached, no questions asked. Could a freebie be the cure for their ailing sex life? And will they go through with it? With a keen eye and fresh take, Aselton’s directorial debut shines with crisp storytelling and fine-tuned performances.     偶然翻阅截图相册，发现疫情前期已有小道消息说剧组要来华巡演，那时的期待如歌曲本身一般昂扬热切。孤岛壁垒被打破，大洋之上是平等众生共同奏响的波西米亚狂想曲，灯光汇聚每一角落，借由新时代流媒，远渡重洋的温暖故事，在这个似乎重蹈覆辙的严冬给人以鼓舞。

    看到久违的完美剧目的兴奋和故事本身带来的感动都无以言表。在这个故事里，灾难、恐惧、紧张、偏见与神性、真诚、忘我、励志交织在密集(而好听)的台词与迅速转换的场景、人物里，代入感无比强。天花板级别的卡司用精湛技艺同时塑造至少两个人物(In and Out两方，这应该是特别设计的)，这是我这个非剧迷之前没有见识过的，叹为观止。

    挺感动的。在现有体量和形式下做得够好了…（音乐剧本身就很难把内容做得特别深）这个戏本身也像911事件中的甘德一样提供了近乎乌托邦式的美好、友善、温暖。对于戏剧应该如何改编真实事件，和当下产生互动还蛮有启发的。

    看完现场之后补标，为原卡女机长加一星。 / 近景少了很多舞台细节，但演员的表演更有感染力。片头和片尾都有一点感动。

    我太佩服这部音乐剧的编排了，明明每个演员都在一人分饰多角，但全靠编排调度，让观众丝毫不会迷惑。最喜欢女机长的自白，人生可不就是一个接着一个的suddenly吗？
