The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. 用了大量的蒙太奇使叙事有节奏和趣味性，每个人物的性格都很张扬，演员演得很好。政治意义大于故事本身吧。
顶到脑门儿的压迫感，句句申辩刻入灵魂。最令人惋惜的是电影的结尾，当观众不如角色般坦然面对获刑时，一反整部电影冷峻压抑的风格来了场热血狂欢，过于突然。对小雀斑的表演不是很满意，但这可能是由于戏骨聚众的关系。

哈哈哈哈哈哈哈，对不起，我不该笑是嘛，恩？这不是荒诞现实主义喜剧嘛
至少不要人云亦云，不要以为自己的出发点是“无敌”的，是“好”的，就停止思考。
本片要抗争的东西我感觉离七君子原本的诉求还是有点区别的，他们原本的诉求是反越战，但是本片实际争取的是发声权、抗争的是政治打压。
此片打分颇高，但相信不少人看得一团雾水，因为对此历史事件并不了解，只是觉得明星多，剪接快，口水多。应该说，中间有些对白不错，比较有意思，纪录片的穿插也非常好，有几位的表演也非常精彩，但整体来说，故事背景不算清楚，开头主要人物介绍不够，缺乏与真实人物的对照，事件太多有些混杂不清，看着挺热闹，其实一地鸡毛。

"The whole world is watching."剪辑和节奏太棒了，对揉杂私人恩怨体制的无情讽刺。特别是发现曾经的"队友"实际上是伪装的政府人员，在原告席位作证，讽刺说可能游行队伍的一万人都是便衣警察。

漂亮，三星半吧，但我个人敬鸡血而远之，不过自我审视的几笔确实深刻毒辣，令人动容。这法官又蠢又贱神烦。金斯堡在这里面像个神经病。比较起来，我更想看那位黑人被告的故事。
這要重重的打醒那些老是認為美國人會為你出兵征戰的人的美夢，不要再異想天開，別劃錯電影內核的重點了。
