The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. 廖启智遗作，造型完全可以拿来演个跛豪之类的黑老大，对廖启智印象最深的是门徒里被砍掉手的警察
杀人的那幕戏也太水了，最后法庭的戏也很拉胯。
游艇上的对手戏抢眼有张力。有钱有势才能互相制衡，这不过是一场政治与经济的博弈。

比其他观众还不能忍的一项就是配音，即使不用港片常用的南方团体，也可以让TVB国语配音部来出演，现在的版本，就想是找了个网配小社团匆匆完工之作。

故事讲的拖拖拉拉的，明明设定还不错但是整体却没有明显的跌宕起伏。角色和角色之间的冲突也太平淡了，论专业知识也没有摆出来几条证明主角的能力，有种读到了作者很有野心但是知识储备量特别不足的小说的感觉。
港片真是夕阳西下了，这种片子真是烂的没底线了。。。
总结剧情：用资本打败资本
这个陈家乐到底哪儿冒出来的啊，演技差的一逼，看他一副正气凛然的样子就想吐，正面人物也能演的这么差的实属罕见。
曾江就是老狐狸。
现在的港片又到了需要强心剂的年代，后劲愈发不足了。这不仅仅是编剧的事情，更是包括剪辑在内一众团队都需要思考的问题。
"人死了是没有什么东西可以带走的，这里什么都不重要"，因为是廖启智的遗作之一，当他在片中喊出这句话时，总有某种不一样的意义在里面
还挺精彩的律师觉醒故事，正义战胜了所谓的专业。
