The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. Darren and Annie still enjoy each other’s company and laugh at each other’s jokes, but, unfortunately, they can’t remember the last time they had sex. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. The deal: one night of freedom, no strings attached, no questions asked. Could a freebie be the cure for their ailing sex life? And will they go through with it? 廖启智生前參與作品之一。這部戲劇情其實還可以，整體節奏緊湊。
剧情拍的太一般了，也就是看看戏骨们的表演。
看到方便面头型就不舒服，更何况是TVB都不会用的老套剧情。据说是廖启智的遗作，加一⭐。
法庭的戏有点像很多年前看过的刘德华和叶德娴的一部电影（太久远不知道有没记串）。看前面就能猜到后面的戏份，就很类型片吧。只是这几年联想到现实里的香港，法庭羊毛卷真是看的很不顺眼。
Nice！方中信化身正义律师，不畏强权，捍卫公理，最后的自辩部分很精彩。廖启智终于演了回首富，不再是微不足道的小跟班，气场不输曾江。
后面的翻转太快太轻易了，前面的铺垫感觉挺浪费的
电影中数次探讨，站在鸡蛋的那一方，还是站在高墙的那一方。这一点，值得我们思考。这么宏大的问题，电影的落脚点放在身为父亲的方中信身上。为什么要站在鸡蛋的那一边，因为他想给他的女儿创造一个是非分明的世界。
演员这块，除了鲍起静、廖启智之外，曾江的气势也完全压制了方中信等人。
作为律政剧，它把律师们当了空气；作为刑侦剧，它把警察们当了空气；作为主旋律剧，它把观众当了空气。三星给还在坚守香港电影的老戏骨。
本质上还是因为受害者是富商的女儿，靠着钞能力，同时正义律师靠着非法手段取证，才得以将真凶绳之以法，就，讽刺。
如果强权最后只会输给反水的强钱，并不知道站在鸡蛋这边会有什么希望。

男二律师演的太水了吧，是带资进组吗？故事 演技 节奏不行，电影都不如电视剧，不如TVB 不如傲骨贤妻里的一集内容。

是大陆电影，还是香港电影？应是香港电影的。
如果死去的女孩不是富豪家的孩子，这场审判可能就没有转折了。
