The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. Darren and Annie still enjoy each other’s company and laugh at each other’s jokes, but, unfortunately, they can’t remember the last time they had sex. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. The deal: one night of freedom, no strings attached, no questions asked. Could a freebie be the cure for their ailing sex life? And will they go through with it? 特殊时期来看这种民间自发互助还是挺感动的。临结尾的创伤后遗以及十年后的生活还得继续，只愿不要歧视和平共处吧！

12个演员完成全场，在如此众多的人物量之下，堪称完美调度！
专门挑了这么一个时间重温，知道泪点低，但没想到从第一首歌就开始大哭，一直哭到最后。除了剧本身，还想起很多事，想起在伦敦的现场，想起2020年没能成行的中巡。现在笔袋上还挂着西区散场后从工作人员那得到的“dats a moose”的徽章，什么时候能再回去看现场。
看完后，国内的音乐剧差的不是一点，唉～还怎么进剧场！！

题材本身为音乐剧加成不少，耐听度我觉得一般般
911事件本身是一个悲剧，之后发生的一连串事件也是悲剧。但是发生岛上的一切是真挚的，美好的，友善的。这在911发生的20年后，在疫情时代尤为重要。群像真的特别好，脸盲症都能把大家同时饰演的角色认出来，探讨的内容也很多样，面对穆斯林问题也不回避。演员们真的好厉害啊！
十二位演员，十二把椅子，如此精彩！感谢官摄。

在看到穆斯林男人被单独审问时 很难过 看到穆斯林男人的女儿不敢去学校时 更难过
音乐剧启蒙。我在20岁接受了一种新的艺术表达方式。
来看看，正能量的作品不是非要大家牵着手大喊口号的。
西安疫情lockdown，楼下大喇叭里“请大家保持距离 防止交叉感染” 萦绕不停。面前荧幕里的人们高歌“I’m an islander. I’m an islander.”眼睛里是不容忽视的、充满生命力的光。会好的，我坚信。
无惨这个角色还是可以好好挖掘的;原来现在节奏已经比当年好多了,还是一次性看爽
有时候也需要一些温暖的鸡汤，真情动人。对灾难的讲述切入点很特别，技术上很强（卡司也太累了吧）
