不知道中文名为什么叫《海怪猎人》，明明就是海怪。 很感人，中间我一直怕有什么反转，现在看动画片都要小心，很怕结局不好。因为现实太残酷了，没有人在乎什么对错、真相。一切只是运气。
本片包含了以下内容：
1.开玩笑，长得跟无牙仔如出一辙的大红怎么可能是bad guy？2.怪兽不吃小孩真的是铁则 3. 这个梅茜除了外表，哪里像个小孩呀 4.我也想要一个自带头灯的小蓝啊！
童话，在任何时候都可以给真实生活一剂强心针
而全片唯一看似别扭的地方，在于小女孩的人设，过分超出外表的成熟与智慧，显得不太和谐。

【第一感觉打分】剧情比较俗套，阎魔的强大似乎没有体现出来，设定上过于省事了。好在故事紧凑，画面也流畅，所以即使没有惊艳，观感也不会差。
太老套了 不适合成年人观看 一个六岁的小女孩动摇了一个二十多岁一直坚持的信念
摄影不错，很多音乐文化的点也很戳我，看见森山未来总觉得这是桃花期的某个番外....
希望像驯龙高手一样成为系列，确实结尾处理的太匆忙含糊，不过不影响整体感观，期待续集，给我也一只果冻小蓝小绿小紫
一个成熟的动漫工业出产的合格的动漫电影，但是看了开头就明白结局，推荐爆米花&合家欢
我以为 女巫和女王之间会有一点故事张力，类似红白皇后，但竟然完全没有。
海兽版驯龙高手，画风蛮好看的~没往深里讲，毕竟是儿童电影
动画制作没什么好挑剔的，但这个主题超尴尬，当年的驯龙记是完全建立上童话基础上的，幼齿而温暖。这部的概念就不三不四了，里面有太多政治隐喻，被篡改的历史，被愚弄的群众，利益诱导下的战争，被牺牲的英雄，被虚荣遮蔽的正义，但是没一个一本正经挑开了说，最后就解决于一个小孩子的几句话，拜托，要童话就纯洁得彻底一点，要有成人主题就负点责任，这编剧又是一副不知道怎么继续索性摆烂的架势，烂尾项目。
海兽比人好看，红像大红椒，而且立在水里的样子好像光着膀子一样，呆愣愣的，蓝色胶黏的小宠物可能天敌会比较多
看点当然是这些奇形怪状但又或可爱或强大的海兽啦，人类什么的，除了两主角加个黑人女船员简直全员弱智，推翻国王的统治就只需要小姑娘一番并不精彩的陈词，完全高潮不起来，人快要看萎了。
7分，情绪是真的，却不够深。但即使非常浅层的情绪，表达足够真诚的话，也值得一看。
1、剧本摆脱不了《驯龙高手》的影子，不过给家里小伙子看，足矣；2、竟然有《基地》里的Hari Seldon；3、蓝色小怪太萌了。
太好哭了，小女孩使出吃奶的劲儿，一个个拔出海兽身上的长箭长矛。“你的指尖轻柔，抚摸过我所有，风浪冲撞出的丑陋伤口”～～
技术上制作水准相当的高，材质光影很写实，包括运镜都是按照真人电影的做法，想知道具体出自是哪家动画团队。政治正确人种兼顾。缺点是小女孩设定太过现代感，部分情节越看越扯，让整体少了些许风味。可惜了，如果没有上述硬伤，开启三部曲也不坏。★★★/6.9
